1983 Ranger Guide Certificates and Qualifications
The Ranger Camp Permit entitles you to run a camp that fulfils the conditions laid down in P.O.R. 48.4.
Qualifications:
- Be recommended by your Ranger Guider and C.A.
- Hold the Campcraft Certificate or Lightweight Camping Certificate or Hold the Patrol Camp Permit and have gained experience in lightweight camping, showing that you understand the different needs of the older age group for whom you will now be responsible.
- Know and observe the Safety Rules of the Association and show first aid equipment ready for use.
Test:
Run a successful weekend showing your ability to take charge of a small camp.
